Request for personal data from NED

This form is for Enforcement Agencies or other Government bodies that are requesting access to personal data stored in the National Equine Database (NED).

In order to fulfil your request we need to obtain permission to release the data from Defra as the Data Controller responsible for personal information in NED. This request falls under section 29 of the Data Protection Act.
