Inappropriate content or pictures We cannot preview every picture or note added to the NED system, however, we take inapproriate content very seriously. If you find any text or images that are inappropriate or offensive please contact us on complaints@ned.uk.com and the relevant action will be taken.
Lost or missing Passports If you have misplaced your horse's passport or wish to check whether your horse has a pre-exisiting passport then please complete the Passport Search form. Please note that due to Data Protection regulations NED cannot accept search requests by telephone and without proof of identity.
EU Passports If your horse has a non-UK EU passport you can still register it on NED by completing an EU Passport Registration form and sending it to NED with photocopies of Sections I and II of your horse's passport. Please note that a minimal fee has to be charged for this service to cover processing costs.

Any such request falls under section 29 of the Data Protection Act. Click here if you work for an Enforcement Agency or other Government body and need to request personal data from NED.
